Wakabai-kai Dance Group

[Hua Symbol] Wakaba-kai, Japanese Folk Dance Group was formed in 1997, led by Keiko Frueh, who trained in Japan in the traditional Wakayagi-style of dance. The group consists of dedicated members from Edmonton. The group has performed at Heritage Days, the Japanese Trade Exhibition (Klondike Days), at the Kurimoto Japanese Garden Spring Festival and many other local and international cultural events.
